Notes You Should Consider
All the travelers from the mentioned countries have to notice that the number of days mentioned is important. If you wish to stay more than the days mentioned, you should have a visa which you can simply apply for in our Iran Visa page. It is worth mentioning that citizens of Israel cannot enter Iran under any circumstances. One last thing you have to notice is that travelers from Syria cannot travel to Iran from another country. They have to come to Iran directly from Damascus Airport.
Having the Citizenship of Both Iran and Another Country
If you have dual citizenship, Iran and another country, you will be counted as an Iranian and must have your Iranian passport while traveling to Iran. This is also true for the people who are born abroad but have Iranian parents or Iranians who are married to a foreigner.
Iran Free Trade Zones
Another option you have is entering Iran’s free trade zones without a visa with a maximum stay of two weeks. Free trade zones include Kish Island, Qeshm, Anzali, Arvand, Aras, Maku, and Chabahar.
Visa on Arrival
Getting a visa on arrival is not really recommended but you have to fill in a form electronically and bring certain paperwork to get approved before you land in Iran. However, as mentioned before applying for a visa in advance is more secure and you don’t have to worry about anything.
Canadians, Americans, and the British
