Central Iran Desert and Wildlife Tour

The vast central landscape of Iran beckons. The heart of Iran is perhaps one of the most inhospitable yet mysterious regions in all the world. Tales of travelers, caravans, and prophets traversing the dangerous deserts have circled this land for millennia. Now is your chance to experience the full depth and breadth of Iran’s central deserts.

On this tour, you will be fully immersed in desert life. Witness the ingenious ways in which local civilizations used limited resources to not only survive but to thrive and prosper. This three-day tour will give you the chance to not only see exquisite historic architecture full of intricate details and breathtaking resourcefulness, but it will also give you the opportunity to come into close contact with the wildlife and species of the region.

Over the course of three days and two nights, you will visit a whole range of castles, citadels, ancient villages, historic towns, wildlife conservations and much more. Bring along a few friends to make experiencing the tour even more memorable.

Excellent tour, our guide was friendly and well-educated. fun on the desert. ali was very knowledgeable about the history of the deserted area in Iran and even he offered to research and send us the answer. some of the times he let us walk around and explore. Thank you, Tappersia, for a wonderful experience!

birds and snack, oh my!

We left Isfahan but it was the best way to see the animals. I liked that it was a small group of us. Ali was our knowledgeable guide. Since no one was in a rush we stopped and took our time looking at animals. we saw snacks, birds, and a cute bunny wondering where to get food. I would highly recommend this tour. the guide knows exactly where to go to find animals. Thanks Ali!"

fantastic experience

we chose tappersia for our trip in Iran as the Wildlife and desert tour because they were more knowledgeable than others I emailed and more helpful. we went to Anarak and Chupanan to watch the birds in the deserts. At Kabudan village we visited the freshwater spring. it was an amazing place and was the wildest and most remote of our journey. we saw small birds, walking funny and sound like Motzart and wild sheep hiking the mountains. I would recommend the wildlife tour to anyone and I have already booked another trip with them next year.

Exceeded expectations

The holiday exceeded expectations. the stay in the eco-lodge was ideal for the trip. gave us the taste of culture as we asked for it. it had a homely feel with great cuisine and kind people, they worked very hard to answer our questions and feed us Persian food. Ali, our guide, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic who showed us the best picks in nature. cannot recommend wildlife highly enough.
