It is all about Venice. San Marco Cafe located in Farhang Shahr, Shiraz, has owners who are obsessed and in love with Venice. Their brand is a guy on a Gondola (Venetian rowing boat). They use a simple grey-brown modern decoration. One of its walls is entirely made of glass and features a painted venetian landscape. A couple of art works on the walls, and an arc entrance that represents bridges of Venice can also be seen.
Not surprisingly, San Marco Cafe’s menu is dominated by Italian cuisine. Their Bruschetta is garnished tomato slices and chopped basil on a flat bread. The Sicily Salad contains thin sliced carrots and cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, chunks of mozzarella and some capers on top of lettuce leaves. Beef tortellini has rich Alfredo sauce. The american items are equally delicious. The T-bone steaks are seared to perfection, and it’s pink and juicy in the middle. Finally you can enjoy green tea alongside chocolate cake for the dessert.
