Khoresht Nokhod Alleh ( Traditional Stew fro Kashan)
Pea, Meat, Onion, Tomato, Tomato Sauce, Saffron, Lemon, Oil, Turmeric, Water, Rosewater, Cinnamon, Salt and Pepper.
Fry onion and then add pea and meat to it, add turmeric and water and let it cook. Then add tomatoes, tomato sauce and saffron to it, at the end add lemon, salt, pepper and cinnamon. If you like add rosewater to it.
