Barcode is a modern restaurant, located in Jazire complex, Valiasr street, Tabriz.
Their interior design is a harmony of black bricks, brown walls and wooden floor. They designed the restaurant with a network of pipes full of lamps and pots of fresh flowers. One of its walls has been converted into a graffiti of a mysterious cat that looks like a character from the alice in the wonderland story. The cat has a clockwork hat, a grey moustache and mechanical goggles.
Barcode restaurant’s menu contains colorful smoothies, juicy steaks and Italian pizzas.
Their farmer salad is very nutritious. Cherry tomatoes, toasted bread, black olives and chunks of mozzarella are all mixed in a nice black bowl and are designed with red leaf lettuces and sunflower seeds. Their samak hora (freshwater fish in Arabic), is a beautiful roasted salmo trutta, cooked with salsa and summer spices. It is topped with cucumber slices and grilled oranges, garnished with coriander and tomatoes and drowned inside a sea of rice. Their profiterol dish contains airy cream puffs that are stuffed with saffron ice cream, crowned with strawberry slices and garnished with ground pistachios.
